Are selfies properly photos or do videos also classify as selfies?
I wonder because here are photos I inadvertently took while making my quote videos, which get lots of interaction in China compared to on YouTube.

I forgot to bring a book to my RCIA last night, which was disconcerting because I had thought to bring it.
I have been doing that a lot recently: thinking of doing something and then somehow not doing it because it entered into my mind that I had done it because I had thought of doing it.
I’ll have to stop doing that.
But I probably carry on with this bad habit because I made this blog entry about it which is tantamount to my thinking that I have actually done it.
I’ve got on a band aid on my tight big toe.
My brother’s cat was growling at me and attacked my foot.
On WeChat, I had an exchange with an ex-colleague who is now in Kenya.
He said: Good morning from the green city under the sun.
I responded: Good morning from the Wheat City under the Snow.

I would appear in public in China and would hear the locals exclaim “Laowai” which means foreigner in Chinese. Walk down the street, a vehicle passes and I could hear a passenger say “Laowai!” Walk into a Chinese shopping mall or encounter children: “Laowai!”
I suppose it’s one aspect of China I don’t miss
Although, today in Brandon, I was referred to as “Laowai” in Brandon and I found it amusing. What happened was, I went to an Asian supermarket where I was told I could use my WeChat pay. It turned out it could be done but only when the boss was there. I got the clerk to contact the boss using WeChat and I was able to arrange payment. During the phone call, the clerk spoke in Chinese and said “Laowai”. I was the very rare one who wanted to use WeChat pay.
I made these to both scare and inform people what it is like early in the morning where I reside.
The first one is just video.
The second one, I added a creative touch.
While accompanying my Mom as she went grocery shopping, she told me to get some whipped cream. Going to the fridges where I thought it was, I saw containers of whipping cream. I wondered if that was what she wanted. Not sure, I asked her and she pointed to the whipped cream. Seeing, that there were two different products, I thought the use of the words “ whipped” and “whipping” was curious and amusing.
What was so passive about whipped cream?
Was whipping cream an active cream used in torture and interrogation?
I can’t understand why his birthday isn’t an international holiday with celebrations greater than a Super Bowl.
We dropped off Jenny at the Airport. Ten hours later, she’s still on the page.
