As always I’m blessed with a nice sunrise view.
Thursday, for now, will be my daytime online teaching day. That is, I won’t take BSD bookings and just teach online.
So, at 6:30 AM, I’ll be talking to an IELTS student in Xinjiang.

I did my taxes on paper. I wasn’t able to file them online because I wasn’t for some reason. Damn bureaucracy. Mailed them out yesterday.
How has my sub teaching been going? Well. I can’t say.
I got my third rosary:
Its beads are strictly used for praying the Hail Marys. The silver pendants are used for praying the Our Father. I will need to get the Rosary blessed.
I forgot to take a view photo this Wednesday morning. So. Later.
Last night was the last meeting of my RCIA group. Maybe I will participate in a Book group next. The last class did present some challenges for me to practice my faith. I do need to practice the virtues more towards other people. I forget about Tony sometimes.
Online wise: Xinjiang, Alberta, Spain, Ontario, Chile.
Here is a compilation of driving video from Saturday.
I took an image of this barn on Sunday. It is not too far from Erickson.
It is blurry but I hope you can read what the barn says.
And here is how I’m doing on Duolingo.
Father Oliver’s homily theme was silence; so as I drove to Erickson, I didn’t listen to music. I turned off the car’s music player and enjoyed the view along the #10 Highway.
Was it real? Was it staged? If it was staged, its purpose would have been to rally Trump supporters and former Trump supporters around him. I doubt that as my previous paragraph shows.
Any who. I have a 7:00 AM online class. The assassination attempt will be a nice conversation topic. Then I go to Mass. Hopefully, I will then arrive in Erickson by 11:00 AM.
Today, two on-line classes. Then, a drive to Erickson to work even more.
Yesterday, It was my honor to attend Tiffany’s Convalidation ceremony.
Essentially, a wedding into the Catholic Church.
Today, I am subteaching at Vincent Massey High School and Saint Augustine’s school.
Afterwards, I was at a wedding. Two communions in one morning. I learned later that that was my allowable limit.
That’s me with the bride. I was shy to ask to pose for a picture. I just went to offer my congratulations. But she insisted on a photo. I was very honored that she asked.
Well. I took a view photo the same time as yesterday.
Last evening, the second last RCIA meeting. That is the second last meeting for our group. There is a person who has read Chesterton, Belloc & Escriva. I introduced him to NGD.
Today, my son has a job interview at 16:00. An awkward time as far as for accepting sub teacher bookings today since they end around 3:40 and I need to drive Tony to the interview. Instead, it looks like I’ll go to Mass and look for classes online that I can teach and make some cash. Unless, they can get me a morning booking.
Here is the view from the desk as I prepare for a 6:30 AM class.
I was doing my second bout of sub teaching; PE class. It went well enough. It wasn’t horrible. The kids were nice.
