Valentine’s Day


 My wife’s birthday, this year*, is two days after Valentine’s Day.  So I sent her an 888**RMB hongbao*** gift.

*My wife celebrates her lunar calendar birthday.

**8 is a lucky number in China.

***hongbao is red envelope money.  Money gifts are given in red envelopes in China which now has e-hongbao.
