The roads are looking ugly

 Granted, I haven’t lived in Manitoba for over thirty years, these unseasonably mild temperatures in December when there is a lot of snow on the ground can’t be good.  When the temperatures return to normal, it will surely be icy.  Does the city have budget set aside to sand the roads.
