My old MacBook’s battery seems to have given up. I can’t start ‘er up this morning. I will have to adopt emergency procedures. This means using my son’s newer laptop. This afternoon, if circumstances permit, I’ll head on down to the local Best Buy to see if they can replace the battery at a hopefully cheap price.
