This will be my first complete September in Canada since 2003. It will be my first complete September in Manitoba since sometimes in the 90s. So, I am not sure how to dress for the weather anymore. I have been wearing pants, thin jean jacket, and a t-shirt but then I go outside and I have a sweaty humid feeling, and I see many locals dressed in shorts. I feel I might as well dress like I am in Jiangsu where the temperature would be in the high twenties Celsius in September.
